which warp mode do you normally use in abelton?

when warping tracks which warp mode do you find best for most electronic music, and which for live music?

i have never settled on a particular type.

e.g warp / warp straight. warp at xxx bpm?

what are your discoveries as to which works best where?

ah yes , rather than mode i should have said wat warp type, when u r beat mapping ur track , u can click warp , warp from here etc warp at xxxbpm.
