what was your fave year in hard trance

mine was 1999 why cus it was the year i got into trance and it brings back good times as well when i first started raveing
i also love the sound of 1995 great vibes from that year

hasta b 94/95 wen i first started ravin and the tunes from that time are still the v best imo...so much energy and speed...and it was all still relatively new at the time...95 was the time

has to be 95/96 for me reminds me of happy days and the tunes were amazing...and so many raves back then aswell.and the atmosphere was top!! or was it the drugs...lol

anything with a 9 on it was good enough for me, after 2000 it went all downhill.

100% went bad at the start of the millenium...as the style changed to the pre hardstyle stuff like the early trance generators stuff/blutonium etc were still gd but the end was in sight...2003 is where it all went p[roper **** up for me an i didnt bother wi it anymore just concentrate on buildin the oldskool up more

yeah hard trance went tits up about 2004 imo. Thats the last time I bought any new hard trance.

Back to the original question id say 1998.

95/96 was my fave yrs. Went to my first dreamscape and heard mark eg drop m-zone mist u more. Loved it so much and only got that vinly a few wks ago as ive mentioned in another post.

But then again loved all the stuff up until 99. Though there is quite a bit of decent stuff coming around again

itll never touch the 94-96 sound tbh, along wi all our quite well known tunes from the germans an the usual suspects there is sooooooooooooo much italian an spanish rare an unknown shit from that time it is literally mind blowing

mid 90's all the way

anything from 1990 to 2002, i have really serious mood swings from one ere to another.. its just simply the best time to live in the music scene... i carnt really put a single year or so but wickee aha & company was the tune that got me into it all! so i guess the mid yids have it!!! the german stuff will always rule nothing else comes close !! even if its heaverly played.. that means its the bizness!!!

96 -98 was the years for me, i could'nt get enough of the hard trance, but some things never change and i hope the hard trance gets bigger and better over the next few years..

i hear a few ones in this thread talkin about the comeback of hardtrance...i sincerely doubt it will ever come back in any gd way but i hope ta **** it does

but tbh theres anuff oldskool out there to do me a lifetime so im happy enuff with wots about already
