nah its not dj manga fantasy iv just recently sold this tune so i carnt check but it was one of the mixes of the b side the mark played on this set,think its dumont & hitch hiker remix.

yes its DJ Manga's - Fantasy in Hong Kong, its one of Hitch Hiker's remixes on the b-side. Its has a big vocal sample at the beginning ending with "living people" or summat at the end.
But anyhoo thats the next tune after the one we want lol

It is a belter to be sure... I got well annoyed because I thought I had it on another tape which I'd downloaded so was looking through them all when I realised that I had Strings of Life downloaded before in 2 halves and it's the song at the end of the first side, am I right?
