[funky Techno] Judas Beast - I Funked Ya Misses

Not stuck anything up on here for ages, so here's a newish one:

It's a lot more ''funky'' than my usual style, but I'm pretty pleased with it. Been played on a radio show and is getting spun at a house festival this weekend, which is quite funny really!

Like I say, not my usual style but check it out and let me know if you like/hate.

This kicks ass

Wicked track mate. Funky, well structured, rolls nicely, wicked progression and nicely balanced mix.

Big thumbs up here dude. Only thing I'd say is watch the reverb or decay on the kick, its boooomyness muddies things up a bit, just needs taming a bit to balance.

Be keen to have this for noise network if you're interested

Well I must say that as a style I prefer this to your harder stuff .. .. only as a style preference mind .. the production is nicely balanced ... some nicely timed stereo panning on your midrange synth note... nice vocal fluctuations too

As mentioned I would tweek your kick as it tis a bit boomy .. try a hard low filter cut as the last insert on your master at about 22hz or so .. see if that saves some energy seepage

You should set up another project name for yourself and make some more of this stuff... cool track
