Its ALL good IMO. Some of the best tracks ever were made using obvious loops and samples. Stuff on Recycled Loops, some killer tracks there, come right to mind. Also numerous releases on Primeval and Primate, Ben Sims stuff. A lot of great stuff comes from chopping up loops and going nuts.

I enjoy the odd premade riff here and there... of course what I love to do then is mangle the piss out of it.
