    Can you be any more specific about the record u are talking about?

    Do u mean the vocals "party time"? because they are in about a dozen different tracks in different styles.

    If its the recent tech-housey one with the kool horny vibe and that vocal every few bars i'll find out what label its on as my mate plays it all the time.

    Are you talking about the DJ Rush release of Party Time? If so I think it came out 2003 on Terminal M if I am not mistaken, the vocals are from James Brown also I think.

    there is "parade 2000" by plug'n'play, which is a sorta hard housey (but definitely techno) choon from a while back.

    It's really rather good, marching band feel with lotsa nutty snares and that.

    Believe it is on TEC and is release "E".
