TBH "the outsider" (my one) was called that BECAUSE of Jimmy ruskin, karl regis and those cunts being so snobby and elitist! so yea i dunno it just kinda grates on my nerves when you get this fool coming out with a ****ing PAS remix of all things, of a song with a title which i feel was VERY identifiably GUNJACK... i mean i remember UMEK, VARELLA, SHUFFLEMASTER, PEPO, RUSH, JEFF etc all giving me love for the originality of the artwork (by japanese pop artist shinrock) and original hybrid sound of that record... so yea it sucks to have the snyde techolite crowd like ruskin and them pretend your shit never happened

See, what you should have done is spoken to James or whatever label released the record, explain to them that you'd already come up with the concept and at the very least would like some acknowledgements.

Instead, you've gone ape shit, insulted all the people involved and spouted a load of crap to a bunch of people that probably don't care enough to do anything about it, which isn't really constructive at all now is it?

The concept of being an "outsider" is hardly an original idea.
Ruskin probably did it because he wanted to. SImple as that, even if he saw a Gunjack record with it on, he probably thought, Who will give a crap anyway, it`s not a concept that can be copyrighted.
He doesn`t need the prop up, his career is doing fine, he`s a big name in techno.
He probably doesn`t think you exist, because you might possibly be irrelevant to him.
Who really gives a ****, it`s an ep name with an un-original title name regardless of who used it.

Jon Rundell had a release out the same time as me last year both called Future Funk but I wouldn't call him cunt for having a release the same name as his release it didn't bother me at tall

calling someone a cunt for having a release the same name as your release is a bit bitter & petty it's a waste of enegry in fact it's pathetic!
