its kinda cold in the morn but warms up in the afternoon, the skirts are getting shorter etc so its nice... trying to get off to the beach for x mas... depnds on the $$$ like all things... santiago seems to be in this weird economic bubble... i dunno why but right now is pretty good for most folks economically... when even I have walking round money you know something is in the air haha
