Thats one of my all time favourite Mills, or even techno in general, tracks. Makes me feel paranoid, but in some sort of groovy way, then THAT noise, and just when you think your gonna suffocate, a little nice bit thrown in, and then straight back to the skitz. Wicked stuff.
