    Totally agree Corbzy!

He's also my tip for the producer to watch in 2004.

Not really into his Hard House productions or his NRG traxbut some of his unreleased Eurpopean influnced sounds that I've been sent are some of the best I've heard.

    Check these:

    DBD - Blackout
    DBD - Delta Cities Finest
DBD - The Meaning of Life

    Awesome!

I couldn't disagree any more Nisbet, he's doing a ****ing fine job, UK twists in European sounding tracks...brilliant riffs, and super acid.

My cup of tea exactly...

I can't beleive you said that mate!

UK has it's sound because that's what we have made it to be, the UK trance at the moment is stunningly good at the moment if you ask me...

So what your saying is that we have to be copied to be good?

Honestly Nisbet, thats the sort of comment that people would expect to come out someone like my mouth, not a respected member like yours.

UK, is doing fine at the moment if you ask me, I'm buying a HELL of a lot more stuff from this country.

Im not sayin that mate, i agree with your comment that the uk scene is at a high at the mo, with CERN and Perry o'neill etc being signed to asot etc...

But jay walker who is leadin the hard trance scene imo in the uk is a carbon copy of something scot project done years ago.... (i hammer j walker stuff btw)

Maybe my post wasnt very clear in tryin to get over what i think, and the new dbd tune thats on Goodgreef i think is in a style that has been tried and tested for well over 18 months.

    Hardly a revolution mate!

and imo mate, the copying point is a good one... i never said that to be good it HAD to be copied.... but it would be a nice compliment if germans/dutch etc took insparation from us?

For ****s sake, this thread isn't about The Germans being better than the UK..

    IT'S ABOUT DBD!

Stop going on about it...it's a matter of opinion, voice it in the correct thread.

Unfortuanatley most of Gaz's stuff that we would appreciate hasn't been released yet. I think this is manily due to the difficulties of a UK producer producing a Euorpean sound and trying to get it signed.

I think the UK is doing a good job and will only get better. You must remember that UK Hard House is still very popular and until it dies further we are not gonna have another UK music revoultion.

DBD is producing some excellent quality European influnenced sounds which IMO oozes more quality and more consitancey then the European's.

I think the UK is now starting to come through but at this time we can not compete with the numbers of trax produced on a weekly basis from all over Europe.

IMO the perfect cocktail is to have British Dj's playing a European sound e.g Mark EG

    and

A British record label churning out European sounds e.g Project 5 and very soon GAS UK!

But lets not all rip it to bits before its even started!

    Tim
