HD button is displayed automatically after uploading h.264, mpeg-2, mpeg-4, 1280 x 720 (16:9 HD) videos.
as audio is part of the video, it is streamed MPEGTS, but offcourse, you set the bitrate within the video editor before rendering, so you can choose 320kbit mp3 and all should work fine.
