Default JUSTIN BERKOVI - Jeopardy Part 1

used to really like his stuff in the late 90s. back with a new Djax-Up Beats release.

Jeopardy Part 1 by BERKOVI, Justin on MP3 and WAV at Juno Download

i particularly like the second track, "with you, i'm me." not as hot on the rest, though "backshredding" is growing on me.

so is he back in the game or has time passed him by? your opinions?

The law is not the private property of lawyers, nor is justice the exclusive province of judges and juries. In the final analysis, true justice is not a matter of courts and law books, but of a commitment in each of us to liberty and mutual respect. - Jimmy Carter

This is an old one unfortunately.. I love his 90's stuff but it all went a bit wrong with the terminal M / music man period.. i think he alienated the fans of HIS sound by trying to sound like everyone else.. and by doing that kind of just faded into the beige techno background..[IMO]

You have a point, but then again he did move up a level and did his thing on a bigger stage, which presumably was what he was aiming for. My one and only time at I Love Techno (in 2002 or 2003) and he was the best act at it - him and two Yamaha RS7000s killing a room of 6,000 + people. And he definitely didn't sound like anyone else!
I don't think he sold out on his sound, sure some of the releases were a bit more 'accessible' after time, but for me he still had a decent hit rate. Only got this a little while ago, was from 2002, been playing the first remix on it a bit lately: Rebus Tape - Coding Style EP (12", EP) at Discogs

Yeah I used to love Berkovia.
No idea what happened to him, I lost track.
If he went on temrinal M I`m guessing he started following rather than leading.
    Did he go mnml?
