Payday is looming and I cant wait to replace my broken Kam mixer.

I need a 2 channel mixer for about 200 squid. Preferably with effects. Was looking at these 2:

NUMARK X 6 - 2 CHANNEL MIXER WITH EFFECTS- EACH

If anyone has any experience of either of these or has a better suggestion please could you point me in the right direction.
