Can anyone point me in the direction of some good sources? I would love to find more information about how techno evolved in London and Berlin specifically, especially from anyone who may have been around at the time.

Simon Reynolds books are alright if a bit cliched, tend to focus on dance music as a whole rather than strictly techno though
