yeah he does own tune-inn (i think).hes doin a remix competiton of his latest realese,i got an email from them sayin this.1 of the b.o.a forum ppl should remix it an make there heads explode! ive heard 1 of his tunes an yes it was very clubby/housey.
As already mentioned, Pedro Delgardo = Pete Gawtry the owner of TuneInn so that'll be why you get all the big-ups on their site.

Yeah, Miguel Indurain seemed to dominate after this although Delgado had his fair share of success too I thought?
