Definitely Italian, although I can see why you thought it was german, it has those hard trance elements that don't quite make it a party hardstyle tune. Bit old now though.

It was a very early hardstyle tune i'd say - love the bassline in this, it's been pillaged on quite a few tracks including Joaquin DJ - Petting 69

My mistake then! Yeah to me it has a strong influence of the Classic 'German Trance' sound.
Personally i would class it has Hard Trance.
