Make it yourself, same as he has. All you need is a copy of Mindcontroller and a copy of Hunting - use the acapella of Mindcontroller on top of Hunting. Just practise and you'll eventually find the right time to start the acapella.

I'm pretty sure that M Zone (or whoever else made his cd) copied the idea from The Prophet's Qlimax 5 mix CD.
