the bells is lots of 909s with processing, then some very basic synths.

the track itself isn't that exceptional, production wise or content wise. Its just anthemic, and a great reminder that sometimes the best stuff can be created "in the moment" instead of labourious, carefully sculpted uber polished productions.

Listening to the bells, I get the feeling he knocked it off quickly. Maybe I'm wrong, but it has the feeling of raw improvised liveness as opposed to uber studied careful polishing which tends to dominate the modern techno sound.
