Hello - While at Waveform festival this year Zebedee played a tune which had the sample
"proper f**cking techno" can anyone enlighten me to the label/producer.

On one hand I can slate that for not being hard/relentless enough and pissing around to much with micro breakdowns to be proper. On the other hand it's got a track by Ribbz on that vinyl and he's a legend.
