Novice producer here...
Was thinking of investing in a small MIDI keyboard / controller and the two sets above have taken my interest.
Both look exactly what I want on paper, any opinions on which would be preferable, or any other options I've overlooked?
BTW, currently using FL Studio 9...

One main difference between the two is the 3D controller, the 'Axyz dome'. Is this a genuine advantage and of legitimate use in controlling effects to create tracks, or more of a gimmick?

i've had axiom 49 and after selling them i am thinking of buying the smaller ones again. they are good,knobs bit too tight for my liking with steps, but i've never used them too much,. other than that solid build quality, keyboard is pretty nice for the price, drivers are ok,.
