It's funny how Spurs got all the plaudits for scraping past the worst team in the competition with home stats that aren't much better than our stats at the Nou Camp - against a far superior team, and the best team in the world (going forward and keeping the ball at least, I'm not sure about their defense).

Inter weren't even a shadow of the team they were last season either, with the likes of Maicon going from looking awesome, to looking terrible, though of course Mourinho is much better than Benitez and even he only had one good season in the CL.

Also, Bale is very over rated, he's not even that quick.

I think Spurs had 4 shots total and 32% posession - at home to a typically terrible Italian team - they've been almost universally rubbish for years (Italian teams in the CL that is).

Aye that whole Bale "best player in the world" comment is mental - good player but not a hope in hell of ever even being in that catagory
