Everybody is in the place....! letz go...
p.s does anyone have the old shows, i used to have em all but no more, would like to check em again
Everybody is in the place....! letz go...
THAT is exactly what i'm working on ie archives, before i do any new ones... .
so the idea is - a really great archive on the front page with an easy way to check them all..
then a way to listen to all the new stuff - easily....
and when i say new stuff i'm talking about the new stuff i love - from hard to dark to minimal, to dub techno, to deep and everything in between. since 1980 i've never been just been hard for hards sake... or whatever is 'cool'..... i'm into good music...
it's nuts but i've kinda grown against the way boa 'has to be' hard or dark for some ppl - **** that... it was cool for the time but that's not entirely what techno is or was about for me, it was actually destroying it.... - thank feck for the way it's gone recently imho!!. perhaps that has been what's kept me away from this place every single day for the last few years, cause so many ppl have been so one track minded... i really have to change that and it's made me re-asses my aim for boa... it's driven me and chrissi back into the studio, and that ultimately has led me to wanting to do this radio show and post on the forum again, perhaps shake things up a little bit, do the unexpected.......... but that's techno isnt it?!?! lol
i have such a new energy atm!
i reckon everything is gonna come together in the next year or so - i'm very exited....
just gotta keep the passion eh - gotta move forward ;)
lemme know ya thoughts :)

totally agree with your sentiments mark
tbf the old show was quite varied, i can remember the likes of rolando and cari lekebusch being featured as well as the usual harder guys
looking forward to hearing the new stuff that you're working on and to the new radio shows![]()

Would love to hear you showcase some of the deeper stuff thats been coming out
Deadbeat, Intrusion, Deepchord, Actress etc - Its still techno it just doesnt go bang bang bang
Or pick up a different label for each show
If its just a 30 min mix and interview like the old ones then pull some old classic names out the bag, I wanna hear some Trevor Rockliffe, Billy Nasty, Tony Work, Ade Fenton, Ian Void, stuff I havent heard for years and what those guys are up to these days

Just finished recording the new show... I'm soooooo proud of it!! Will be up tomorrow!
If I could make a request, a tracklist for at least your part of the shows would be great. Maybe that's around here & I just haven't found it, if so let me know where I'm supposed to be looking. There was a track at the start of the Mike Humphries podcast you said was by Steven Marks(?) on Open Source, but I'm coming up empty on the track name.
