Unknown 1998-1999 Trance/Hard Trance Tune - "Nobody is going to Save You Now"

Can someone please help me identify this trance/hard trance tune from 1998-1999.

This unknown tune is taken from a Labyrinth vs Gatecrasher event recorded from Radio X3M in Finland back in the day. I have enquired with both the DJs (Scott Bond & Matt Hardwick) but unfortunately they can't remember the tunes :(

Underneath is the link to the complete mix to get more of a flavour of the type of tunes played. The unknown tune is track 15 which has a distinctive vocal sample. Any assistance with this will be very much appreciated. Enjoy the mix!
