Recognised the H3XL one since I had it in my record collection;

it's loose cog by manfish on 3 lanka (3 LAN 024) released in 1997, german

other ones are a bit to similar to other stuff I have, the T-1000 sounds like it might be subsounds or stanney fransen as g-force.

the last gayle san one sounds a bit heiko lau.
