This tune has been remixed soooooo many times.
There were a couple of remixes of Don't Laugh in 2000. Timo Mass, Picotto, Azzido and The Infinity. I'd guess one of these is the one your after if you want the hard trancey tip.
The Plastikman mix from about 1995 is the best mix by a long shot imho, but then I'm a technohead so I would say that.

Most of the mixes are available on Replay Records for around the six quid mark. I think they are listed as Winx, rather than Josh Wink.
