Finished Structure last night 0200 , Gunna leave the Trancey Stuff alone for a while , takes far to long !

95% done , just needs a tidy up and EQ properly nice N loud !

not bad so far, i dont think it really kicks off though, could do with more impact after the break as it ends pretty quickly after without really peaking, maybe if you revised the sequence.

if you shorten the intro section so the break happens closer to the 3 min mark perhaps then get a more enegetic launch after the break down with a longer time given to the end section.

although its a 96k mp3 you can still get a pretty good idea of how drums are sounding and id say the kick drum could be much tighter, apply some compression to it and get it punching out.

at the moment the track is more plodding along, i think there is room for a lot more energy here, unless of course the intention is a progressive feel?

    hope this helps :)

Not a bad tune mate ;) Not really my thing tho so its hard to comment fairly on the content side. I would say tho, its a bit long isnt it?? Everything seams to gel well together, but a couple of things stand out to me. The hit hats are panned to drastically imo. Maybe just pan them a little more to the center. And the bass seams far to wide I think the kick could do with bringing out, or even changed for a deeper, more rolling kick. Everything thing else seams spot on tho mate ;)

    Keep it up dood

not a bad attempt wez it does drag on imo and doesnt seem to have peak but then again i dont listen to this type of trance so i coldnt compare it to other tunes .but production is nice plenty of sounds in there, the kick needs to stand out more i think tho maybe it would be better with a harder one but again just my opinion ;) not bad man just try and make it better

Sequence is coming. It's going throughout your imagination. It takes you where you've been before. A higher state of mind. Yeah, you remember the early times. Now were trying to take you again. In the deepest seas of your consciousness.....Time never stops

    hahaha, right *cracks knuckles*

i wasnt expecting the mp3 to be 604kbps  but fair play, no glitch can hide now ;) .

the first min or so youve got spot on, production is sounding how it should be, it sounds like bassline and the main riff are fighting for space though, bassline is almost lost from 2:19, i think the bass line needs compression and the main riff eq ing to open up room, try using waves maxxbass on the bassline after youve toghtened it up a bit, it will allow you to add much needed bottom end to it, maybe get rid of some of the lower mids from the main riff aswell.

im typing as i move back and forth in the recording so apologies if the feedback is a little muddled in order.

i think its a bit muddy at the moment, needs more balance in freqs as most of whats going on is happening in the mid and lower mid range of the recording,if you could place the riff higher i think that would help.

the breakdown is a bit of an anti climax also, the section before it is pretty thick in percussion while after the break it goes into a less busy section which would be more suited to nearer the end.
i think the main thing you need to do is go in there and tighten everything up and give it its own space to exist in. i remember you saying you have wavelab, as your working on the track get it running through the spectrum analyser within wave lab and see were the space is being cramped or under used and go back and eq acordingly.

get some tight compression on the kick drum so it snaps through also, it needs to be a lot tighter.

the keyword is tighness here  , its a bit loose at the moment i think, for a hard trance trance it needs to hit hard and tight.

hope this helps, of course this is all just my opinion ;)
