Default WHO HAS THE BEST PROVIDER FOR THEIR AUDIO FILES???

Im curious to know who you guys use for your sites? What provider you go with and what space and bandwidth they give you per month. I am looking into setting up my site finally and I need as much space possible with good speed and as much transfer per month.
Please list as much details as you have below including if they charge you to set up your domain name too.

    Thx and much appreciated

    for quick downloads try this.

    http://www.yousendit.com

This is really cool. You go to their website, type in a recipient's email address, then specify a file on your hard drive. It uploads the file to their server (up to 1Gb per email!) and sends the link to the email address you've entered. They keep the file up for a week.
taken from MSJ. it supports multiple downloads
