    Default sequenceing

    need some help on putting tunes together how do you guys go about it do you listen to other artists tracks and try to copy there formular :?: or do it in your own style would like to know as i am getting stuck on this part its like i am getting writers block or something :cry: :cry:

    I'm always having trouble with this and probs always will. I just randomly tap notes on the keyboard and that usally helps me out.

    copy each track as many times as needed until it fills up about 7 minutes.

    Then just use the mute tool 2 jam and record that or take notes... by the end u'll sure have some ideias of who the all thing works better how should some sounds come in (direct or fade in), what should come first and last, etc.... it's a bit of trial and error, .. every now and then go 4 a cuppa, so u gain some distance and comeback with fresh ears. turn of the PC's screen and press play (so u don't get any info except sound, like a normal listener) that should also render ya with some ideias, corrections etc... try 2 stick with normal guideliness but avoid the formula! ;)
