the amount of "young uns " ive spoke 2 while out and about, when ever they talk about hard trance, the choons they always talk about are old !!! ive even had a couple of people asking me to mix classic style cds, you know with tracks from tracid, overdose, cases etc.
Is it no one is making the kinda of hard trance that people actually like.
or is hardtrance is passing into to " the new happy hardcore" style phase ?
the next generation to me seem to love the last generations music more than their own and i wondered why ?

the trance back in 96-99 was the best today its still good but not a patch on then imo :lol:

i know trance was better circa 98 but why ?
is it that all the best ideds have been done already ?
or that no one is making quality hard trance ?
has it become life less ? a spent force ?
is it possible to have quality trance that isnt cira 98 ?

i think its down to at the time it was mostly fresh ideas and a lot of it was very exciting as we were witnessing new sounds and trance going in a new direction, i dont think going back is the way but i also think weve hit a point were if we stay here its all going to go down hill fast. and their mix of back again for bang
older hard trance is amazing but im a sucker for older fast trance
vdm, freejack, alpha breed, human force, junk project, future state (dj isaac) etc when all pitched up sound amazing
but i would say that
