Of course something can be done. There has to be an audit trail which leads to who pressed it on vinyl etc... if someone is making money from it they can be sued for selling it if its breaking copy right.
At least that's what I believe is true, so perhaps Overdose need an e-mail about this.
It's up for them to get the lawyers in...
I don't know what you mean Corbz that it would be "there's no way of proving who did it" surely these details are on the vinyl itself or perhaps with the company selling or distributing this record? I dunno... guess its not for us to worry about.(\\__/)
