Don't know about the last 2 years, but if i was asked in the last 5 years, it would be "Hennes & Cold - The Second Trip" (Scot Project rmx)

Not only is that tune Pure Class, But i also feel it was a firm foundation in the Hard Trance scene!

Rather than best tune it should be producer or label, as you can't say best tune!!!! If its producer then i would say shokk or scot project, if its label i would say gas or overdose!!!
