a) they've both been here for ****ing ages
b) they both know there shit when it comes to 'ardstyle
c) they are both very intelligent and don't abuse the board

Vorny hasn't been here long enough and neither has Yosh, I think it's more about people skills than knowledge of the genre and with these two I don't think you could go wrong.
