on the subject of managers how much of a role do you think they have to the team??
i think it is a massive part of the team even more so than the players in some respects!
i think Arsenal would not be as half as good if they did not have arsen venga ( or how ever you spell it?!?) teams like celtic whould they be as good with out martin oneal?
and how come there is no good Engish managers !??!? i can not name any really, maybe steve bruce berhaps this season?!?
being a spurs fan it frustrates me that fact we have the players there we just do not get the results is this maybe because we have never had a good manager in years?!?! i dunno?
what do you think?

the gaffer is a very important part of a club, a lot of teams would be lost & not half as good without their manager.
and it's Wenger & O'Neill ;)
there are some good english managers...curbishley is a spot on gaffer, as is sir bobby, allardyce isnt bad either.lol the trance has gone
