Whatever monitors you have (nearfield) you just have to learn em, and the more confortable with them you are, and how the sound you get will be in other circumstances, then the better your mixes get.
man, I mix with Hafter near field monitors on top on a cheap pair of bassy Etex. Really nice - and gives you that club feeling in your house without pissing off the world arouns you :)

Finally got around to taking some pix with my crappy webcam... It does the job tho.. nice n lo-fi
Studio was completely ripped apart and another table was added to facilitate the LivePA setup.. it's so cramped in there now... oh well
It's probably hard to see *all* of the gear that's in there.. but that's the majority of it..

Oh man I LOVE it!!!!!!
By far one of the best interfaces I have ever used (pretty much exactly the same as the machinedrum) but with the sickest synth engine. The range of sounds you can make is truly unbelieveable. And don't judge it by the demos on their website - they don't do it nearly enough justice. The preset songs are ten times better for demoing purposes.

    Cheers,
    -Chris
