awesome launcher. hit cmd-space and then type the 1st few letters of whatever u wanna open. amazing in depth but soo easy to use. has some bugs in beta but very very promising

have the weather on your desktop
drop your applications folder in your dock for complete access to all ur apps just by holding the mouse button down. also for other folders.
if you hold down command while double clicking any items in the sidebar in panthers new finder windows, it will open in a new window. also works for dragging items onto sidebar items.
