Hi,

Here is my latest offering.

It's another dark hard trance track. The mastering could do a bit of work but u get the idea.

Let me know your thoughts, good or bad.

Not a bad track man :lol: Not my cup of tea, but still enjoyable. I recon the main riff has too much presance in the mix, and way to much reverb. Its swamping everything else out of the mix. I think the kick and the bass could do with bringing oiut a little more as they are sitting in the background a bit much at the min, and could do with the bottom end beefing up a little.

i think a lot of it is down to my mastering. it's not something i'm particulary good at.

will check the reverb on theriff etc. turning it down should bring out the kick and bass more too.

hi,

I've altered the reverb and done a bit of tweaking.

also remastered the track a bit better.

check it out and let me know if ya think it's better now than before.

Soundin really good man! Im liking the originality of the track... loads of ideas firing here there and everywhere, all of them really cool. I love the plinky percussion loop in the background, sounds wicked.

I agree with IQ, i reckon you could do with making the bass end punch a bit more, imo it might be a good idea to get a fresh kick drum which is a bit rounder and punchier on the very bottom end of it... but it sounds pretty damn good as it is anyway :) - i love the pattern of the bassline.

i've also re-eq'd and mastered this track to give it a bit more bang.
