Default Ignition Technician - Social Services 2LP

This new double pack is out on Wedafuqawi which is a pretty strong label, liked most of the releases on it. Since Ignition's first release on this label called Worq It in which is still one of my favourite records, I havent been into much of their stuff especially their recent material.

Though this double pack on Wedafuqawi is very damn good in my opinion, love it. Funky yet tough material with the production being ore raw then their latest material, definately worth checking out, what you guys think.

Tiss a kewl release (album) from Pete and Wilko.... It's sort of a blend of their old sound, the stripped down player sound and the pimp sound they have going on.... The jackin' housey funk of 1989 turns me into a creamery! It may be cheesey to some, but damn I love it! ;)

I always smile when I see Ignition Technician on a lineup.

Then go and buy a ticket.

I agree. Most tunes i hear from them these days just seem to sound the same. Used to think they were great about 3 years ago but they seem to have lost it. My mates bird saw them on new years eve and was speaking to him cos she knew him from the orbit and he said he does not even like techno anymore. I think you can tell with the releases as well its just ££££
