i had a tape of ostro and levitate @ hysteria 99 ish, there was some decent scratching on it actually but that was to nrg kind of stuff, i havent heard any one scratch to the more modern hard trance and hardstyle before though

DJ Sy is fairly good at scratching tho hes a happyhardcore dj,
The scratch perverts are amazing, ne DMC DJ's u cant beat..
