The Matt Warren one is the first to use that phrase (as far as i know anyway) but Bang The Acid definitely samples the Jackmaster one.

i have just bought bang the acid. i stumbled on it toally by accident in a shopping trip on my holiday to donegal,ireland, in a shop in a place called Letterkenny. I listened to it and thought omg i gotta buy this, i dont know if it has been repressed because my copy is in absolute mint condition, its only one-sided tho.
i have only just read this thread, but i realised it must be a classic tune.
infact i have already been mixing it into my next set.
