URGENT HELP NEEDED!!

Right, to listen to the Sound clips on GT.com I used Real player (a basic version I d/l about 3 years ago) recently though it has been playing up and the clips have been playing to slow or not palying at all (However this problem didnt arise with other sites such as Recess!?)

So tonite I d/l Real player one, which is the newset version of Real player.

In order for it to install I had to un-install Real player and Real Jukebox (Which I used for mp3's)

So I have unistalled these BUT now Real player one will not play ANY sound clips on ANY site!!!!!!!!
and I cant re-install Real player as it doesnt exist anymore!!!! bah!

An error message flashes up and says that it only regoginses .rm files that start with http://
and I have noticed that when a sample d/l off recess it d/l as, for example - 32554.rm
and so Real player one will not play it!!!!!

So, Does any one else have/had this problem? Is it solveable??
if not what other programs do people use to listen to the sound clips??

Hi mate. Realplayer One is a complete whore. And a skanky one that has clamidia at that. Best get on Kazaa and download a previous version! That's what I did.

Use winamp for mp3's, not version 3 tho unless u got a fast PC cuz it takes about a year to load.

Have u tried uninstalling real one and reinstallin it again ? format ya hard drive and then installed it and do a custum install or else every media file will try to play in it ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

I just un-installed RP1 and found an old version of RP on some site!
so i have re-installed it!!

Yeah, I d/l Wimamp3 but like you say its slow as ****! any idea where I can find version 2??

Goto www.winamp.com and at the top in the Right hand corner its got a big 2 click on that and it takes u to the old winamp 2 site
