Ok a few years ago it was booming and had tons of good releases but every music genre goes through a bad patch doesn't it?

I thought 'hardstyle' was a relatively new genre. I only started buying tunes 2 years ago and it didnt exist then. (well the name didnt anyway) I thought there was some good stuff when it was all new but now most of it is pish i think

i'm not taring everyone with the same brush. i'm talking about people who 'think' they are producers because they've just got hold of a cracked copy of reason and think they can bang the tracks out with it when they really havent got the knowledge or the experience to understand the art of production.

sure there's great producers out there who rely solely on software, i'm not blaming the software, i'm blaming the way it's used by certain people.

Ok man, maybe i miss-understood the point you were trying to make. Although, there is still a lot of hardstyle being produced on hardware aswell that is complete cack. But you do have a point cause software does have a lot to blame in this. I just thought you meant everyone
