I strongly disagree with you there mark. You taring everyone who use's software studio's with the same brush, and that isnt right. Some of the most original music ive heard this year has been produced soley on software studios, tracks from people like Omkara Techichi,(who uses reason), and stuff from Enticer, who uses Renoise. Its not about what you use, its about how you use it, and the reasons you are actually making a track. Saying "it's all about producers who 'think' they are producers because they've got a cracked copy of fruity loops/reason" really is the same as being racist, "All arabs are terroists and benefit grabbers", which obviosly isnt the case. Yes, there is a lot of people who use fruity or reason, and do produce crap for money, but this doesnt mean everyone does.
