Saturday April 14th will see one of the world's biggest and best DJs, Chris Liebing, rock the Electric Shock at the Temple Bar Music Centre. Herr Liebing had a devastating appearance at Electric City back in December. His late dash from the airport meant we were late opening but no bother to the big man as he got on the laptops and Allen & Heath and for the next 3 hours proceeded to serve up one of the best techno sets we've ever had at the club. With a smile on his face the entire time, Chris has a real love and passion for what he does and the rocking atmosphere ensured a repeat visit on the cards. With a lot of disappointed folks left ticketless outside, we though it best to bring him back for a Shocker. Tickets have already started to fly for this one and it's looking to be a cracker of a night.

Also flying in for a live show will be Brian Sanhaji (aka Relic) who runs and records on the Enable label. We've been fans of Brian's records since dynamite underground releases on Punkt and Enable back in 2001. Since then he's built up 14 releases on his label and his live show will this year see him performing at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival, Creamfields and all across Europe.

First up on the bill is EC resident Dan McElligott, Dan has been steadily making a name for himself with a consistent series of deep techno sets down at Wax. Dan is also a regular on EC FM on Sunday's on Power FM, plays at the Test nights and also on occasion hammers the bejaysus out of it at Technotic and has also been known to have a hardrive full of MP3s fresher than a meadow full of daisies, you can be sure you won't know the half of what the young fella is playing. What you will know upon hearing it however, is that it's bleedin deadly.
