Listening to the deep mix, everything sounds there. Nothing sounds dull, not a bad mix at all it’s very upfront. I do think perhaps you used too much verb but that could be my personal preferences. Have you put reverb on the full mix or on sends? Maybe if you replace some of that verb with short delays you can make it sound even more upfront. Experiment with the reverb, perhaps lowpass filter some of the very high end of the verb (just a thought). Kinda sounds like its been played in a bathroom or somewhere with hard shiny surfaces = makes it sound a bit colder than what it is.

The distortion works on the highs but I do think subtle spike cuts may make them a tiny bit less harsh/digital sounding. Then again that could be the verb thats just adding that little extra in the highs.

Then again my ears are really tired right now. I like the other mix better, love the kick

i agree with the divide on the 1st one, there seems to be too much reverb and the high's are really harsh, there's a really nice use of panning here, but it might be too much if it was pressed onto vinyl, apart from that, the arrangement is good, evrything fits nicely, the break is really good

the deep mix is alot better musically, but suffers the same problems as i mentioned on the 1st track.

I like the deep mix more then the first one.. Nice sounds used and I like the groove :)
The reverb thing is already mentioned, so I won't :) Other than that; Nice job!

For me there's not a lot going on in the bottom end. Favourite mix is the first one rather than the deep one but the kick is just too thwacky, something needs to happen in the sub end if i was going to drop it.

Wide percussion sounds cool, i reckon that should be ok on vinyl myself the bass is where you have to watch out for the panning problem.

And agree with people that the reverb is maybe a bit poorly sounding, what are you using to generate it?
