Collaberation Share Area

Hi Folks.

is anyone up for a BOA techno producers collaberation project? Possibly this has been done before, but i like the sound of the idea. Usually these things have difficulty getting off the ground, but what the hell - lets give it a go!

Can anyone suggest a free place that we can all access to share MIDI files and low bandwidth MP3s? (no heavier than 256kbs?)

This usually never ever works on forums but it would be cool if it did :)

I haven't even managed to collaborate locally over here let alone on the internet with people from other countries

Probably best to agree on styles first.

remix competition going down in the production files section too, only the first one , winner provides the next remix samples. But yeah im up for this too whence its started.

ill devote an area of my site for FTP access

(AL - ill suffer the b/w costs mate, you've done enough already.. ;) )

like i said before,only MIDI files and MP3 files (HQ only)

also i suspect fruityloops zips files will not be too harsh...

just waiting for IQ to sort his server out and then i can setaside a public FTP area for collaberation

If no one minds i will come up with a set of guidlines for people who wish to join in. Or perhaps you lot can come up with guidlines as well.

ill let you know when it's sorted...

On livesets.com we have an option to attach files in your reply.
Because midi files are almost nothing in size this wouldn't be a problem to share!

Just make a new topic with header "mid file sharing for productional purposes" and your done. Easy as that. :)
