well if i write click whilst posting a message, i get the option to paste if i've copied something from somewhere else

yeah, i noticed the same thing, sometimes its not showing the paste option on right mouse click...
then I go to "edit" menu above.. and click "paste" thereJacbri @ Proton Radio - every 3rd Thursday at 12:00 AM EST / 05:00 GMT
X-Music @ Techno.FM - every 1st Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST / 18:00 GMT

Can't you just Ctrl-V?
Ctrl-C = Copy
Ctrl-X = Cut
Ctrl-V = Paste
