    Default VST sampler

    looking for a good VST sampler or something that will allow me to stick in my sampled kick drums (mostly) and other shit tht ave been sampling......

    doesnt need to be free...

    NNXT from within reason. no need for a mixer in the rack even. Just rewire it.

    I use kontakt for all my drums. and loads of other stuff too

    lovely vst. if you want a sampler I wouldn't look anywhere else

    check out shortcircuit, it's free and sounds better than kontakt...for simple sounds its a no brainer!

    how it sounds largely depends on what you put into it, it's a sampler ;)

    I have heard some good things about Shortcircuit although it seemed quite hard to program when I briefly tried it, and somewhat more limited than Kontakt

    Might be worth trying though
