Explanation of terms:
"Generic sleeve"= printed sleeve with dancers/ '12" single' on, not tied to a particular company
"Company sleeve"= Generic sleeve tied to a particular company, eg the 'clouds' one you get with Salsoul records, etc.
"Picture sleeve"= Sleeve for the release in question. This includes company sleeves with the release name on (not stickers)
"Plain sleeve"= Simple black/ white etc sleeve.
