concerning this account situation: people have to realise sometimes things are solved a bit slower only because admins have their everyday job that comes first. nobody is getting payed for the work on this site, so its not like there's always somebody to watch out for the problems. please have patience, guys.

whenever there's an issue of any kind, mods are discussing it in their forum, suggesting the solutions etc. but ultimately for some things we have to wait admins to solve the problem.
