I'd say that juno tends to have a more liberal definition of techno, including a lot of more minimalish releases under that heading. That may make it seem like they carry more minimal, but they don't. They just call a lot of it "techno" when headbangers such as ourselves would prefer they keep it away from our slamma jammas.
